What data we process and why

• Contact form: name, email, company or website (optional), service of interest and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or quote.
• Chat assistant (Pixel): the messages you write and, if you provide them, your name and email. We use them to answer your questions and, where relevant, to send you information about our services. Conversations are logged so we can follow up.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data (pages visited, device, approximate location). See the cookie policy for details.

Legal basis

The consent you give when you submit the form, write in the chat or accept analytics cookies, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract when you ask for a quote.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then for any period required by law. If you become a client, for the duration of the contract and the legal retention periods that follow.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Service providers that support us technically may access it, under appropriate safeguards: website hosting provider, automation server (Hostinger), the AI model provider used by the chat (OpenAI), Google (Google Analytics and Google Sheets) and our email provider.

International transfers

The owner is a US company and some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. These transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@ranklab-studio.com. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
